Praful has been Chief Strategy Officer since October 2018 and now serves as Nuvei's Global Expansion Officer. He also serves as principal director of certain SafeCharge subsidiaries in the U.K. as well as subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Singapore and Mexico. He first joined SafeCharge in 2014, previously serving as Executive Vice President Corporate Development & Strategy. Praful joined SafeCharge from Worldpay, where he served as Vice President of Vertical Market Strategy and as General Manager & Vice President of Business Development APAC. He also participated in the strategic team which steered WorldPay’s divestment from the Royal Bank of Scotland to Advent International and Bain Capital in 2010.
