About Revolv3

Revolv3 is a full-stack SaaS payment optimization platform for subscription billing. It increases payment approval rates for subscription businesses and reduces churn with technology tailored to each customer's specific needs. The company supports domestic and international transactions to US-based firms, maximizing first-pass payment approvals and helping resolve false declines.

The challenge

One of the biggest industry challenges for Revolv3 is maintaining high approval rates for its customers. Revolv3 serves many large enterprises that have internal billing platforms or disjointed, multi-tier, multi-party systems that would be streamlined by direct merchant integration.

Additionally, their front-end billing platform or gateway customers required an intermediary to provide routing and other data to improve approvals. Revolv3 needed a payment provider to enable streamlined, connected processing.
