Samara Davis is a boarding specialist here at Nuvei. She’s also the owner of a catering service called JarBar. JarBar focuses on innovative Caribbean-Canadian fusion cuisine served in reusable mason jars. They offer delicious individually packaged meals customizable for every occasion!
JarBar is a family startup created to employ Samara’s special needs adult son Zen. In the long run, she would like to turn this business into a franchise to help other parents employ their special needs kids and secure a future for them.
JarBar caters to the offices, weddings, 5 à 7s and parents looking for homemade meals for their families. The menu changes regularly but features a certain thread: big, surprising flavours and homemade comforts. Samara uses grain-fed meat and poultry from Mc Cormacks and most of her dishes are gluten-free. There are no preservatives as the jars themselves preserve food very well. Most of the herbs used by Samara in her cooking are grown by her grandmother in Trinidad.
Sucré Sally is JarBar’s latest line of sweet and savory gourmet pretzels. Each of those beautiful chocolate covered pretzels is a masterpiece! They are made using the finest ingredients and they are beautifully packaged for a memorable impression.
