Prior to joining Nuvei, Umberto spent an extensive period of time at PayPal where he served as Head of Sales Italy & iGaming CEMEA, to introduce new payment solutions and expand the digital business of numerous of medium & large corporate companies across Europe. Umberto’s comprehensive knowledge of the Italian and European markets, mixed with fintech experience, solution-based approach and flexibility is driving Nuvei technology to rapidly expand into new verticals and territories. Umberto holds a degree from Pennsylvania State University and achieved and ESL qualification from Rice University in Texas, Houston.
