- The shopper selects Bancontact from the list of payment methods at checkout
2. Shopper selects ‘Pay with a mobile app’
3. Shopper is presented with the option to pay with a mobile app or scan a QR code
4. If the app is chosen, the shopper is redirected to the Bancontact app, where they select a linked bank card
5. Shopper enters 4-digit PIN code
6. Payment is confirmed
